SWEETS-SYNDROME - AN EXPLOSIVE ILLNESS

Sweet's syndrome is a rare clinical disorder consisting of eruptive sk in lesions accompanied by malaise and high fever. It is often associat ed with an underlying disease. Dermal granulocytic infiltration withou t leukocytoclastic vasculitis is the pathological hallmark of the synd rome. The pathophysiology, diagnosis and therapy are illustrated by 2 cases.
