Abstract
We have performed inelastic neutron scattering and total neutron scatt
ering experiments on the under-doped superconductor YBa2CuO3O6.6. We h
ave found that the dynamical structure and the local structure concern
ed about the CuO2 plane has an anomalous temperature dependence at T-C
(=57K) and well above T-C (T(SG)similar to 150K), which may be explai
ned by a spin-gap opening.
