Abstract
In dogs of the race ''beagle'' in the age of one day, of 28 days as we ll as in that of 6 and 18 months the content of DNA, RNA and protein i n 13 tissues was analysed. The wet weight:DNA-, the protein:DNA-and th e RNA:DNA-ratios were calculated. The growth of the various tissues by hyperplasia and hypertrophy is described.
