A patient with congenital situs inversus totalis and a single coronary
artery was referred for revascularization because of progressive disa
bling angina. Exercise thallium scintigraphy had disclosed ischaemia i
n the anterolateral, posterolateral, and inferior wall of the left ven
tricle. Percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty was performed s
uccessfully for stenoses in the right coronary artery. (C) 1994 Wiley-
