Abstract
Intracoronary stents appear promising for treatment of focal vein graf t lesions, but their use may be limited by the presence of intralumina l thrombus. This report describes the use of percutaneous coronary ang ioscopy to identify the presence or absence of intraluminal thrombus a nd to guide interventional therapy with transluminal extraction corona ry atherectomy (TEC) and stenting in a patient with a complex vein gra ft stenosis.
