Abstract
The extraction of trivalent rare-earth nitrates from multicomponent so lutions by di-iso-octylmethylphosphonate at 298.15 K and pH 2 is exami ned. Physicochemical and mathematical models describing the distributi on and mutual effect of trivalent lanthanides and yttrium in the multi component solutions as a function of the total concentration of rare e arths in the aqueous and organic phases are presented.
