Abstract
The extraction of trivalent rare-earth nitrates from multicomponent so lutions by di-iso-amylmethylphosphonate at 298.15 K and pH 2 is examin ed. Physicochemical and mathematical models describing the distributio n and mutual effect of trivalent lanthanides and yttrium in the multic omponent solutions as a function of the total concentration of rare ea rths in the aqueous and organic phases are presented.
