Pc. Hauser et al., ANION DETECTION IN CAPILLARY ELECTROPHORESIS WITH ION-SELECTIVE MICROELECTRODES, Analytica chimica acta, 295(1-2), 1994, pp. 181-186
The use of potentiometric microelectrodes as detectors for anions in c
apillary electrophoresis is demonstrated. The detector electrode with
a tip diameter of 3 mu m is inserted into the end of a fused silica se
paration capillary with an internal diameter of 25 mu m. The separatio
n and detection of Cl-, NO3-, NO2-, Br-, I- and ClO4- down to concentr
ations of 10 mu g kg(-1) is reported.
