Abstract
Clocked decision, retiming and pulse shaping as well as wavelength con version (32nm) is demonstrated at 2.5 and 5Gbit/s with bistable semico nductor lasers. It is also shown that switching is possible at 10Gbit/ s using the same mechanism.
