Abstract
We report a case of contralateral renal displacement due to a giant ip silateral renal cyst. Drainage and partial excision of the cyst was fo llowed by return of the kidney and liver to their normal positions. In cidentally, a small focus of renal cell carcinoma was found after path ologic examination of the cyst wall. The relevant literature is review ed.
