ACUTE MYELOCYTIC-LEUKEMIA PRESENTING AS ANERGIC PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS

This case report describes a patient with anergic pulmonary tuberculos is who presented with pyrexia of unknown origin and vasculitis. He did not exhibit any pulmonary symptoms at his initial presentation and de veloped acute myelocytic leukaemia, a recognised association, during t he subsequent course of his illness.
