Abstract
The problem of providing prostheses for patients with restricted mandi bular opening is not well reported, either in current texts on prostho dontics or in the literature. This report features two patients who su ffer from severe and chronic forms of the disorder. The aim of the art icle is to provide some useful hints with respect to the prosthetic ma nagement of such patients.
