Abstract
We report the preparation and pharmacologic activity of three spatial analogues of LY292728, a highly potent xanthone dicarboxylic LTB(4) re ceptor antagonist. Molecular modeling of these compounds has helped to further elucidate the nature of the secondary acid binding site of th e LTB(4) receptor.
