Abstract
The structure of the title compound [6-amino-5-hydroxyiminomethyl- 1,3 -dimethyl-2,4(1H, 3H)-pyrimidinedione, C7H10N4O3] shows that there is extensive electronic delocalization in the uracil ring, as found in an alogous uracil derivatives.
