For melts MF . 2Al(C2H5)(3), where M = Na+, K+, Rb+, and Et(4)N(+), it
has been shown that the initial stage of aluminum electrodeposition c
orresponds to the model of instantaneous nucleation with diffusion con
trol of nuclei growth sites. Parameters of the diffusion flow, the num
ber of active nucleation centers, and nucleation constants have been e
valuated.
