Abstract
The Letter reports a generic model for active-R oscillators which incl udes the slew-rate effect of the operational amplifier (OA). Based on this model and using root-locus techniques, a design procedure is deve loped that provides low-distortion sinusoidal oscillators up to 800 kH z.
