Abstract
This paper is the third of a series of papers prepared by the Working Group on Prime Mover and Energy Supply Models for System Dynamic Perfo rmance Studies. It describes various aspects of combined cycles made u p of gas turbine, waste heat recovery boiler and steam turbine and dev elops models designed to simulate the response of the combined cycle p lant for use in system dynamic performance studies.
