Abstract
The isothermal bulk moduli B of six f.c.c. alloys, for various composi tions are calculated, using the values of the end members. Two simple macroscopic models suggested by Girl and Varotsos are applied. The cal culated values are not in agreement with experiment in all cases. We a ttempt to give an interpretation.
