Abstract
Anew algorithm for efficiently and accurately simulating periodically switched power circuits in the time domain is presented. It originates from conventional algorithms for time domain analysis and from algori thms for steady state analysis. The time domain solution of the circui t is computed by means of a steady state sequence which represents the power circuit behaviour during its working cycles.
