Abstract
Diaphysitis is uncommon in children. We describe a case of diaphyseal inflammation in several bones with high levels of phosphorus in an 8-y ear-old boy who later developed subcutaneous masses of tumoral calcino sis. This report serves as a review of this puzzling problem in clinic al diagnosis.
