Abstract
We describe 2 cases with positive antiphospholipid antibodies (aPL); o ne with limited scleroderma associated with aortic valve vegetation, t he 2nd with systemic lupus erythematosus/scleroderma overlap with recu rrent venous thrombosis, pulmonary emboli, hemolytic anemia, and sever e mitral regurgitation requiring valve replacement.
