Abstract
An analytical study of the temperature effects on the vibron soliton o f the Takeno model for energy transport in protein is presented, using Davydov's thermally averaged Hamiltonian method. The conditions of th e existence of vibron solitons in the model system are found and ideal protein parameters are used to show whether these conditions can be s atisfied.
