RESULTS OF 1.2 GHZ PROPAGATION EXPERIMENTS IN INDONESIA

Data are presented for a three year K(u)-band propagation experiment i n Surabaya, Indonesia. This measurement campaign was executed by the E indhoven University, of Technology and the Institute of Technology Sep uluh Nopember. Because the measurements were carried out with a beacon receiver and a radiometer simultaneously it was possible to derive th e medium temperature. In addition, the measured results are compared w ith predictions using the 1991 Rec. 618 procedure of the RS (formerly the CCIR).
