Abstract
An innovative power distributed amplifier topology to improve the smal l signal gain and the power added efficiency is presented. The introdu ction of Lange couplers at the input and output ports of the amplifier leads to a remarkable advantage in comparison with the conventional c onfiguration. An example is discussed to confirm the validity and the effectiveness of the proposed circuit.
