D. Takai et K. Ohta, TEMPERATURE-DEPENDENCE OF CONDUCTANCE IN SERIALLY CONNECTED ONE-DIMENSIONAL RINGS, Superlattices and microstructures, 14(2-3), 1993, pp. 183-187
The temperature dependence of quantum oscillations has been studied in
serially connected one-dimensional ballistic rings. For magnetostatic
Aharonov-Bohm (AB) conductance oscillations, the width of the Fabry-P
erot peak decreases as the number of connected rings increases at a fi
xed temperature. For electrostatic AB conductance at a finite temperat
ure, the amplitude of the electrostatic conductance oscillations decre
ases as the electrostatic potential increases. However, the amplitude
decreases very slowly as the number of rings increases.
