Abstract
We describe a patient who presented with an unstable osteochondritis d issecans (OD) fragment of the right knee demonstrated by MRI. He subse quently underwent surgical fixation with absorbable pins. Follow-up MR I showed the healing OD lesion without the artifact associated with me tallic pins.
