Abstract
The possibility of using semiconductor detectors not containing potent ial barriers (p-n junctions) to measure the intensity radioactive radi ation fluxes causing degradation of the electric parameters of detecto r material is theoretically substantiated. The assumptions are confirm ed by experimental results.
