Abstract
The inelastic magnetic X-ray scattering is analysed and discussed in t erms of spin-dependent electron-electron correlation functions. The re levance of the correlation functions is also discussed and the possibi lity of an experimental determination of the spin-dependent correlatio ns by means of X-ray magnetic scattering is investigated.
