Abstract
A method to derive radiative recombination quantum efficiencies of a-S i:H rind C-60 thin films by using photothermal deflection spectroscopy combined with photoluminescence spectroscopy is shown. The method is based on photoluminescence degradation phenomena by strong light irrad iation to a-Si:H films and by oxygen intercalation in C-60 films. The values of radiative recombination quantum efficiencies for a-Si:H sind C-60 thin films al 77K and at room temperature are also demonstrated.
