Abstract
An infant who had Turner syndrome with left renal agenesis and right h ydronephrosis due to functional ureteropelvic junction obstruction is reported. The importance of routine imaging for early identification o f potentially serious renal anomalies in patients being evaluated for short stature and possible Turner syndrome is emphasized.
