Abstract
The structure factor of amorphous germanium was determined using 120 k V electrons, an OMEGA-filter for the elimination of inelastically scat tered electrons and a correction procedure for multiple scattering. Th e structure factor thus obtained is in good accordance to that obtaine d with X-rays and neutrons, respectively.
