Abstract
A method based on the technique of dispersion integration over masses of composite particles is proposed. This method makes it possible to t ake into account the DELTA-isobar degrees of freedom in the deuteron p hotodisintegration reaction. The available data for phase shifts and i nelasticities in the coupled 1D2(NN)-5S2(NDELTA) and 3P2(NN)-5P2(NDELT A) channels are used in the calculations. The results obtained for the total cross section indicate that other NDELTA channels should be tak en into account.
