Abstract
The domain structure of ferroelectric BaTiO3, crystal and ceramics wer e directly observed with scanning electron acoustic microscope (SEAM). Some new phenomena were revealed and the origin of the electron acous tic signal on the domain structure was analyzed. Electron Acoustic Ima ging of compound semiconductor heterostructure materials GaAs/.../Si a nd residual stress distribution of structure ceramics ZrSiO4 and metal Al were also shown in the paper.
