Abstract
Significant structure theory (SST), developed by Eyring and coworkers, has been applied for the first time to evaluate the viscosity of carb on tetrachloride + cyclohexane + benzene ternary liquid mixture. The t heoretical viscosity values obtained for this system are in agreement with those obtained from significant structure theory. Thus, it has be en demonstrated that SST can be applied to multicomponent liquid syste ms.
