Abstract
This paper studies the Shapley value, PSI, of transferable utility gam es associated with resale-proof trades of information. PSI is in the c ore iff there is exactly one minimal resale-proof set. A simple expres sion for PSI is obtained for 'symmetric' games; and some bounds are gi ven for psi in non-symmetric cases.
