Abstract
Antibodies to a p-cresol bovine serum albumin conjugate have been prod uced and incorporated into a conducting polymer to form an electro-imm unological sensing system. Using flow injection analysis and pulsed el ectrochemical detection sensitive, reproducible and rapid responses to p-cresol and other phenolics can be obtained. The sensor is reusable.
