Abstract
A nondestructive method based on PDS techniques is presented for deter mining the distribution of nitrogen concentrations in gallium phosphid e. The theorectical treatment; for calculating the spatial variation o f the optical absorption in multilayer inhomogeneous material is descr ibed.
