Abstract
The effect of polymer (Eudragit S-100) concentrations an the recovery of proteins was studied in the affinity precipitation experiments. Pro teins/enzymes were precipitated quantitatively at all polymer concentr ations used (0.05 1%). The polymer concentrations used had remarkable effect on the recovery of the precipitated proteins.
