Abstract
The PAP and ABC/HRP methods were compared in the demonstration of rabi es antigens in the brain tissue sections. A perfect correlation was fo und. However the ABC/HRP method which involves an application of bioti n labelled secondary antibody followed by the addition of ABC/HRP, giv es a superior result when compared to the unlabelled antibody method ( PAP).
