Abstract
Thermal diffusivity of ceramic powder aggregates has been measured usi ng the mirage effect. It will be shown that the phase method permits t o estimate correctly the low thermal diffusivity proper of this kind o f samples. Moreover the dependence of the deflection signal from the p ump power introduced by the temperature dependent parameters of the ai r has been observed.
