Abstract
In this work certain thermal properties of cold sintered silver (Ag) p owder were investigated using the photoacoustic method. The photoacous tic spectra as a Junction of modulating frequency of the laser beam fo r cold sintered Ag were measured. The PA phase measurements are used t o obtain the diagram of thermal conductivity vs. the pressing pressure . Pressure variation of thermal conductivity is attributed to the pres ence of porous structure in the sample.
