A system to predict the movement of Meteor satellites is considered. A
n analytical model of the movement is constructed based on perturbatio
n theory with a zero approximation in the form of an intermediate orbi
t which is the solution of a generalised problem for two fixed centres
. A procedure of differential refinement of the orbital elements using
previous measurements is used to decrease the prediction error.
