Abstract
Hernia of the lung is an uncommonly encountered clinical entity. The m ajority of reported hernias are acquired traumatic thoracic hernias. A case report of an acquired spontaneous lung hernia is presented. A li terature review of the classification, diagnosis, treatment and curren t incidence is discussed
