REGIMES AND TIME PERIODS OF TREATMENTS FO R SUPEROVULATION IN CATTLE

The comparison of two superovulation-regimes PMSG/anti PMSG and FSH wi thin five treatment periods post partum resulted in a tendencially hig her number of transferable embryos at the FSH-regime. By a treatment b etween the 91.-110 day post partum significant differences between FSH and PMSG/A were proved for the parameters total eggs (9,96/6,17), fer tilized eggs (8,64/5,23) and transferable embryos (7,04/4,39). The tim e interval between flush and successful insemination was the same in t he two tested regimes and the time periods of the treatment.
