Abstract
Photothermal deflection spectroscopy (PDS) is used to determine the th ermal diffusivity of the semiconductor InAs of n- and p-type. The valu e of thermal diffusivity (alpha) is found to change with the dopant co ncentration. The results are compared to those obtained by PAS techniq ue.
