Abstract
A ''blotting paper'' technology is developed to fabricate composite ma terials. It consists of heating the initial oxide of a given compositi on to a temperature interval where it decomposes into the necessary so lid oxide and a liquid infiltrating a porous medium as the matrix. Lam inated composites could be fabricated with relatively high critical te mperature, T-c at which the material exhibits superconductive property .
