Abstract
The influence of arbuscular mycorrhizal infection on the photosyntheti c activity of intact maize leaves is studied. in vivo and in situ usin g the photoacoustic effect. It was shown that the photoacoustic techni que was highly sensitive to the differences in fungi symbiotic adaptat ion in different maize populations, representing an extremely helpful technique for discarding low performance materials.
