Abstract
In spite of recent advances in imaging technology, computed arthrotomo graphy continues to be a useful imaging modality for shoulder evaluati on. The spatial resolution of computed tomography (CT) and the longer clinical experience continue to provide advantages over magnetic reson ance imaging (MRI). Computed arthrotomography remains a simple and rel iable method for evaluation of the glenoid labrum in patients with sho ulder instability.
