Abstract
An Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach that can be used either f or the analysis and comparison of the quality of several telecommunica tions companies, or for the evaluation of alternate technologies in te lecommunications is presented. The method is based on pairwise compari son between several factors that affect the quality of service in a hi erarchical structure. Two particular formulations are presented and di scussed extensively.
