S. Burn et Pc. Barnes, NON-HODGKINS-LYMPHOMA PRESENTING WITH EVIDENCE OF RIGHT-VENTRICULAR OUTFLOW TRACT OBSTRUCTION, British journal of clinical practice, 48(2), 1994, pp. 73-74
Anterior mediastinal tumours have been reported that initially present
ed with signs suggestive of cardiac disease. The widespread availabili
ty of two-dimensional echocardiography has demonstrated that, in the m
ajority of cases, right ventricular compression is the major cardiac c
omplication of such masses. We report two cases of mediastinal lymphom
a that presented with chest pain and signs of right ventricular outflo
w obstruction.
